DIY Part 2 - Aaron's Quest for Corn Hole Boards

The pallet furniture is done... And now Aaron is bored.

So we're making a corn hole board set!

We bought the plywood and 2x4s because pallet boards wouldn't be reliable in terms of size and you need the boards to be even and smooth... And as soon as we had a free moment, Aaron got to building!
They are going to be JMU themed since Aaron is the big corn hole player and I am more of a spectator who occasionally drinks enough to think she's good.  His mom was concerned that we were excluding UK; but no worries, we can fashion something fun around a UK basketball theme later.  I will never forget... I just concede sometimes!

I mostly supervised on this project so far. I'm sure I'll help paint, but my make job so far has been tracing a circle (incorrectly once... Whoops) and drinking.

We have to drink 100 beers in 2 weeks in order to bottle our beer, since shipping is ridiculously expensive for empty glass bottles.  So buy stock in Sam Adams because we purchased 7 cases on Sunday and are giving them away for free to friends in order to collect bottles in time.  That and Aaron is doing a lot of weekday drinking while I'm out of town... He pushed back a lot on that one. It's a rough life he leads...
Bottoms up!
