Fur, Friends, and Frigid Weather

We got snow!  Gus LOVED it (mostly just eating it).  Lucy did too until her paws went numb.  

Then she would come back inside to warm up...

Closely followed by Gus, who refuses to be outside alone... and who has regained his love of destroying his toys...

Last weekend, Rebecca came to town!  She was in DC for a conference, so we picked her up, hung out on Saturday night and took her back to DC on Sunday.  It was a quick trip, but it was great to see her!  We went to JC Penney to look at the bridesmaid's dress that she chose for her wedding and then we just hung out and chit chatted until it was late and we went to bed (to the tune of Aaron protesting us being lame and old).  Gus loved her... and wanted REALLY badly to lick her face.  She managed to fend him off for the 24 hours she was in our house.  He was disappointed...

And then I headed to Indiana for work... where we braved the arctic tundra for kitchen cabinets... the things we do for a paycheck...
